IThis housing program is geared toward veterans and seniors who receive benefits, offering them a safe, affordable, and respectful place to live. However, it is also open to displaced adults and justice-impacted individuals who are committed to maintaining a sober, stable lifestyle in a shared living environment.
We believe in offering second chances and stable housing to those who are ready to move forward with dignity, structure, and community support.
-
If you do not follow the program rules, you will first receive a verbal or written warning, depending on the nature of the issue. Continued violations—or any behavior that threatens the safety, cleanliness, or stability of the house—may lead to your removal from the program and termination of your housing agreement. We are committed to fairness and will provide support when possible, but all residents are expected to uphold the community standards.
